disabled car parking     27-Nov-09 10:01 PM
Did you know that the rules for getting a blue badge, so as to be able to access dis. parking are now so "illogical," that even though I walk slowly with a stick and constant pain in my foot and ankle after a fracture in May 2008, I can't have one. I have applied and appealed and been rejected 3 times. I have written to my MP, the TV and the radio. I am angry and frustrated.
