Hi, I have just insured my grandson to learn to drive with a company called Collingwood Insurance they charge for a group 2 vehicle £207.50p for 84 days comp insurance.It is only valid whilst they are learning and is null and void(with no refunds) the day they pass.So it works out by far the cheapest way to get started.But you can reinsure it again and again until they pass.
